Safety First: Parking Lot Edition

At Stage Door Dance, safety is a top priority. As it gets darker earlier, we need the collective commitment of the SDD Community to keep our dancers safe as they arrive to and from their classes, especially at night.

A few tips:

  • The safest and preferred option is ALWAYS parking your car, walking your dancer to the designated drop-off door, and picking your dancer up from the designated drop-off door.

  • Know your designated arrival and pick-up times. If you’re running late, use the doorbell for entry.

  • If you opt to not come to the door, we cannot be responsible or liable for the dancer until they are safely inside either location of Stage Door Dance Productions.

  • Drive safely AND slowly. Watch for dancers and parents walking to and from the buildings. Allow pedestrians to safely pass.

  • If you are walking in the lot, please be attentive and watchful of surroundings. Keep your head up and avoid looking down at your device.

  • Park in appropriate parking spots (not the curb). Only take up one spot.

  • Be kind to others!
