Parties at Stage Door

Celebrate your child’s birthday with our fun and festive, 90-minute party packages designed to ignite the creativity and unique imaginations of attendees ages 3 & up (unless noted). 

Parties are privately hosted in our brand-new space Spotlight! at our Brier Creek Location. In addition to the private venue, parties include: 12 guests (including the birthday child), 1 hour of performing arts related programming/activities with trained instructors and supervisors and 30 minutes reserved for food and cake. Parties also include paper products (plates and napkins) as well as a SDD branded gift for the birthday child!

Party Paths: Standard Packages

$395 for SDD Families; $450 for Non-SDD Families for 90-minute Party Package

Dance, YAY! (Ages 3+)

This is the perfect party for your moving and grooving birthday superstar. You’ll select a dance class in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, theater dance, hip-hop, or creative movement. 

The party curriculum will be built around the style of your choice and will include warm-up, across the floor progressions, games/stories, and choreography.

Imagination Station (Ages 3+)

At our Imagination Station, choose one of the following pathways: fairy, pirate, animal action, rockstar, or superhero. 

Based on the birthday’s child choice, we will structure movement, games, and an obstacle course to fit the theme.

Disco Dance Jam (Ages 6+)

This is the party package for the coolest dancers in town. Our disco ball will make the space glimmer with the playlist of your choice. We’ll work our way through fun dance games and lead party dances like the “Cha Cha Slide”, “Macarena”, and the Cupid Shuffle.

Party Paths: Deluxe Packages

$430 for SDD Families; $485 for Non-SDD Families

Party Like A Royalty Rockstar (Ages 3+)

Turn your birthday into a coronation celebration with a royal-themed event. Guests are invited to whirl and twirl wearing their brilliant best. This party includes an inspirational story-time, a magical movement, dance games, and crown crafts fit for royalty.

The birthday child leads the way through coronation challenges that will feature an inspirational storytime, magical movement, dance games, and crafts fit for royalty.

The event culminates with a mock processional for the birthday child and their royal court. 

Glitz & Glam Party Jam (Ages 5+) 

If you love glam, this party is your jam. Dress in your finest and walk the red carpet to be the star that you know you are. This fashion-themed poise party is perfect for celebrating our beauty inside and out. Guests are invited to express their individual style with stations for pampering, accessorizing, and confidence building.    

Programming will include learning choreography to the song of the birthday child’s choice. The routine will be performed at the end of the party and filmed to capture the cast’s “starring moment”. 

This package includes take-home sunglasses.

Broadway Bound (Ages 3+)

There’s no business like show business! This party is for the musical theater lover in your life. Based on the birthday child’s personal musical and theatrical preferences, we will create a party plan that features trivia, games, and a triple-threat performance featuring acting, singing, and dancing.

The Grown-up Stuff

  • Spotlight at SDD: Brier Creek

  • Saturday: 10am/12:30pm/3pm
    Sunday: 1pm/4pm

    Party dates are available for booking 90 days in advance and must be booked a minimum of 30 days prior to the party date.

    The party length will be 90 minutes, which will include 1 hour of instructor-led programming plus 30 minutes of party refreshments and games.

    The birthday child and parents may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party time for set-up. Breakdown and clean-up must occur within 15 minutes of the party end time.

    A Late Departure Fee of $100 will be automatically billed to apply to any party that goes past the designated departure window.

  • Full payment is due at time of booking

    • Cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the party date for a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations within two weeks of the party date will not be given a refund.

    • Parties rescheduled within two weeks of a party date are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

    • Change requests must be submitted in writing to info@stagedoordance.com

    Parties must maintain a credit card on file for any incidentals that occurred during the party period.

    Tangibles You May Provide:

    • Simple Table Decor

    • Weighted Helium Balloons

    • Party Favors

    • Food and Drinks (must be commercially prepared, prepackaged, and ready to serve)

      • For the most successful party, we recommend: cupcakes, handheld snacks, and individual drinks (juice boxes, bottled water, canned beverages, etc.)

    Items Not Permitted in the Space:

    • Alcoholic Beverages

    • Illegal Substances

    • Firearms/ Weapons

    • Messy Decor (confetti, glitter, silly string, slime, taped wall decorations, pinata, non-weighted helium balloons)

    Non-compliance of the above policies will result in forfeiture of membership from Stage Door Dance Productions.

    • Your party’s final headcount must be locked in 7 days prior to your party date.

    • Each package includes 12 party participants (including the birthday party).

    • You may add up to 6 additional party participants (for a total of 18 participants) for an additional fee of $15 per child for Standard Party Paths and $25 per child for Deluxe Party Paths.

    • The Birthday Child may have up to 6 adults attend for no additional charge (parents, grandparents, caregivers).

  • Party Participants will need to complete a waiver prior to attending the party.

  • The host family has the option of selecting whether parents will drop-off or stay with party participants for the duration of the party.

    If parents drop-off, punctual drop-off and pick-up is required.

    If parents stay, we request that it be limited to 1 parent per child and that disruptive conversation and behavior be avoided so that participants can fully enjoy the activities.

  • In order to have the best party experience, guests should arrive on time. A late start to the programming will not allow you to have the full enjoyment of our party experiences.

  • If you are accepting gifts, we will set-up a station for drop-off. Presents will not be opened on site. We will help you load items into your vehicle at the party’s conclusion.

  • We want to provide you with the best party experience possible. In order to do this, it is important for you to communicate with us in a timely manner.

Party FAQ

  • The birthday child and siblings are included in the guest count. Children ages 2 and under do not count towards the overall total. Please see the “Headcount” and “Drop-Off/ Pick-Up” sections for details regarding adult attendees.

  • We do not have food prep areas, refrigeration, or heating available for party usage. Food should be brought in prepared and ready to serve.

  • The birthday party family may enter the space 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up and prepare to greet guests.

  • The tables in the party space are 4ftx6ft. There are 2 tables designated for food/presents and 3 tables with chairs for party participants to eat (we will add a table(s) if you have more participants). Additional chairs will be around the room for adult seating.

  • We recommend parking on the TW Alexander side of our building.

  • Your party host will greet you at the door facing TW Alexander Drive labeled “Spotlight” exactly 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time. This is the same door through which guests will enter and exit, as well.

  • Your party time is locked in at your designated schedule and time. If you or your guests are late, we cannot shift the party time due to other celebrations and events on the same day.
