Raising the Barre Pre-Pointe/ Pointe Intensive
Our Ballet Program is “Raising the Barre” at SDD! We are thrilled to offer a 3-day focus session for dancers ages 9+ that are studying or interested in Pre-Pointe & Pointe Training. Each day will have a full ballet class with designated strengthening and flexibility exercises. Variations will also be taught alongside goal activation for each participant.

Are you interested in improving your acrobatic ability? If so, this targeted week is perfect for you! The week will begin with a skills assessment and goal setting session. Daily work will feature flexibility, strengthening, conditioning, and skill progressions/ development. Participants will also consider how acrobatic technique can be seamlessly integrated into dance choreography.

Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka Junior
We are excited to debut our new program, The Spotlight Players! If you are ready to elevate your acting, dancing, singing, and theatrical production skills, this is the program for you! Designed for Rising 6th-12th students, this two-week summer musical experience allows participants to shine in all aspects of a staged show. From auditioning to rehearsing to focused skill building, this integrated arts camp will conclude with a theatre in the round style performance for family and friends at our Spotlight Space.
